MOBILITY LIVING, INC. provides a wide range of services including mobility aids (wheelchairs, complex power chairs, walkers, canes, knee walkers, etc.), hospital beds, patient lifts, ramps, stair lifts and other medical supply needs.

MOBILITY LIVING, INC. is located at 1215 SE 44th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73129 our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm and closed Sundays and major holidays.  We can be reached at 405-672-7237 and toll free 1-866-500-5600 during working hours. Call 911 for any medical emergencies.

This package is meant to inform you of your Rights and Responsibilities, Supplier Standards, HIPAA Information and how you can file a grievance or give compliments. See owners manual for warranty details.

We at MOBILITY LIVING, INC. take great pride in the services we provide and make your health and comfort our priority. Should you have a complaint please notify us at your earliest opportunity.
